Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) in TEPAV leadership and cooperation, Turkey’s fastest-growing companies in 2011 to identify, Turkey 25 programs were carried out. How do I apply?

In addition to completing the application form, you should upload your corporate tax return in 2015, 2016 and 2017 to the system. Otherwise, your application will not be evaluated.

Do I have the necessary prerequisites to apply?

To take part in this year’s Turkey-100 list; You must be a company founded before 2014; You should have at least 500 thousand Turkish Liras in 2015 and at least 1.5 million Turkish Liras in 2017. Also, your applications will be evaluated if you have increased your sales revenues by at least 10 per cent in the 2015-2017 period.

Turkey-100 must have the following criteria of companies.

Applications of companies that meet the criteria listed below will be accepted.

– Founded before and on December 31, 2014,

– Having a sales income of at least 500 thousand TL in 2015,

– Having a sales income of at least 1.5 million TL in 2017,

– Companies that increased their sales revenues by at least 10 per cent in the 2015-2017 period,

Also;

– Applications of companies that are public partnerships and/or publicly held are not valid.

– the application of a foreign company based in Turkey branch does not count.

– The company will be located in Turkey, the applicant is required of the centers.

– who are nationals of countries other than Turkey from partner companies may also apply?

– Applications of companies with more than 51 per cent of shares owned by another public company or a public company will not be valid.

– Applications of non-profit companies are not valid.

– Holding’s applications are not valid; Companies under the umbrella of a holding can apply.

– Applications of franchise companies are not valid.

– Applications of car dealers, jewellers, distribution companies, foreign exchange companies, banks and electricity, gas, fuel and water providers are not valid.

Yes.

Is it enough to get my company’s growth performance in Turkey-100 list?

The answer to this question varies depending on the growth rates of the companies. Whether you can be on the list depends on the performance of your company as well as on the performance of other companies. However, we recommend you to remember that the evaluation was made for the 2015-2017 period. The rapid growth or contraction you have experienced in a single year cannot determine whether you will be included in the list. My company’s growth slowed/turned to negative last year. Will this cause me to be disqualified?

No.

We look at the average of the growth rate in the 2015-2017 period. You can apply if you have reached at least 10 per cent growth rate in this period.

Venture capital or private equity company that owns part or the whole of my company. Can I still apply?

Yes. However, also consider the above statement about publicly traded companies.

How is income or turnover defined?

The evaluation is made over the gross sales revenues of the companies.

Is there anything we need to do besides filling out the form for application?

Yes. After completing the form, we also want you to upload your 2015, 2016 and 2017 corporate tax declaration, which documents your gross sales amounts on the form. Otherwise, your application will not be evaluated.

What is the deadline for application?

January 31, 2019

But what should I do if my company is public?

Applications of public companies are not accepted. However, if you went public after December 31, 2017, you can apply because we are evaluating for the period 2015-2017.

My company is not currently open to the public, but it will happen, what should I do?

How will I ensure the security of the information I provide about my company?

Nobody will be able to access this information except the evaluation committee authorized by TOBB and TEPAV. In case you are entitled to be included in the list, the promotional documents to be prepared will include your company’s income range (500,000 TL – 1,000,000 TL; 1 – 5 million TL; 5 – 10 million TL). The sales revenue growth rate will be determined by taking the average of the 2015-2017 period. Turnover and growth rate information will be kept by years. Your financial information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
