Our URGE Project titled “Initiation of Clustering Studies in the Hazelnut Sector in Ordu Province and Increasing Competitiveness” prepared by Ordu Commodity Exchange and submitted to the Ministry of Trade was supported.
The first step meeting of the process that will start with the Needs Analysis was held on 29.04.2024.

Our URGE Project titled “Initiation of Clustering Studies in the Hazelnut Sector in Ordu Province and Increasing Competitiveness” has succeeded in being supported by the Ministry of Trade. The expert team will give the necessary information about the steps of the project, its qualifications and foreign market determination and mobility at the final point.
Based on the motto “Talent is a compliment”, I would like to congratulate our Project Office and our employees for their success in the preparation, presentation and follow-up of the project.
URGE Projects are important for us to prepare for international competition within the framework of “clustering” logic and to be superior to the competition. In today’s conditions, there are many factors affecting competition and conditions are changing very fast. Those who can keep up with this change, who can institutionalise with clustering cooperation instead of wild competition, will survive tomorrow by establishing profit maximisation.
URGE Projects are the strategic process and plan of creating exporting companies.
Development of International Competitiveness Development Projects include strategic steps such as needs analysis, training, consultancy, companies getting to know themselves and the market correctly, and taking place in the right market on time.
It is impossible and unsustainable to live innocent from the world. In our country and in the world, businesses are mostly SMEs and URGE Projects, which have a vision of creating Exporter SMEs, spread competition to the base.

The expert team gave a presentation on the road map of the Needs Assessment and also provided information about the Green Deal.
