Content of the Project;
In the project supported by DOKA with the 2015 Technical Support Programme, R&D training was provided for five days to the companies in Ordu province, especially in the hazelnut sector. With the training, it was tried to create awareness in order to pave the way for R&D awareness in the companies and the production of new value-added products in the hazelnut sector, and the state supports provided while creating an R&D unit were conveyed.

Content of the Project;
With the project, it is aimed to establish a sales hall within the Ordu Commodity Exchange. The project was submitted to KOSGEB, Thematic Support Programme in 2015 and was deemed suitable for support.

Examination Modern And Traditional Applications In Hazelnut Production
Content of the Project;
In 2016, a partnership was established between Italy, Spain and Turkey in the project supported by the EU Erasmus plus programme within the scope of strategic partnerships, and a total of 6 different institutions including Ordu Commodity Exchange, Ordu Governorship, Altınordu Chamber of Agriculture, Ordu University, Tuscia University and IRTA took part in the project. In each country, all stages of hazelnut from production to market were examined and compared. Trainings were given to farmers and agricultural engineers in order to share good practices. At the end of the project, which lasted 2 years in total, a modern hazelnut garden was established on 5 decares of land on the land of Ordu University. In addition, a hazelnut cultivation book was prepared in 4 languages: Italian, English, Spanish and Turkish. The project was presented as a poster at the 9th International Hazelnut Symposium.

In 2016, in the project supported by DOKA, agricultural engineers and farmers in ALTINORDU, FATSA and ÜNYE districts were trained on hazelnut cultivation for 6 days. Fatsa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Unye Commodity Exchange took part in the project as project partners.

Content of the Project;
In the project, of which Ordu Commodity Exchange is the co-applicant, it was tried to ensure the employment of women between the ages of 25-50 who are out of employment by training them in boutique chocolate. At the end of the project supported by the EU Lifelong Learning Programme, a Boutique Chocolate Workshop was established within the Ordu Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 5 of the participants who attended the training have opened their own workplaces.

Project Content;
In the project, which is entitled to be supported within the scope of DOKA Technical Assistance (2017) programme, it is aimed to transfer foreign trade intelligence techniques and methods of finding customers to companies in the province of Ordu that export and want to export. In this way, it is aimed to ensure the survival of our companies and to contribute to the economy within the increasingly difficult competition conditions.

The project supported within the scope of DOKA Feasibility Support (2018); It covers the feasibility study for the needs analysis, feasibility and sustainability of a licensed warehouse planned to be established in Ordu province, and the determination of the location where the facility will be established if the investment is made. At the end of the project, the investment cost and return periods of the investment were determined and the report was printed and sent to all relevant institutions and organisations.

With the project, it is planned to pioneer the establishment of a facility where wastes, which have a great potential in the province, will be utilised and contribute to the economy and employment. The feasibility report will be printed and made available to all relevant institutions and organisations.
